Return and Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected, and we want to make sure you have the best possible experience with our products. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be hassle-free and customer-friendly.

Note:

Products purchased from CLEARANCE SALE (Aanvi Epic Sale) & BLACK FRIDAY SALE are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Prepaid Orders once placed and if yet to be dispatched can only be refunded in form of Store Credit. We don't have any other option available.

Easy Return and Exchange within FIVE Days

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange process within 5 days of receiving your order. Refund in the form of Store Credit for Returns

If you prefer a refund, we offer store credit for returns within five days of delivery. This allows you the flexibility to choose from our wide range of products at a later time. Please note that the store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. To contact us, please mail us at aanvithelabel@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7046801532 with your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the simple return or exchange process.

Please Note: We offer a one-time exchange policy. If you need to exchange your item, we're happy to help you with that.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
Note:

For any damaged product or wrong product received, we will get the product picked up at our expense. A new piece will be sent once we receive the old parcel. It may take up to 15-20 days. The opening video is a must to report a damaged product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in case of returns or size exchange. Please ship back the product to us, after we approve it. You will be updated with the address details on WhatsApp or by mail. Please mention your order number and name while returning the parcel to us. (If the pickup service is available in your area, we will arrange the parcel pickup from your location. Please note that pickup charges will be applicable (approximately ₹150 per kg) and will be informed to you in advance. However, if the pickup service is not serviceable at your address, you will be required to send the parcel to us at your own expense using a reliable courier service.)

Refunds in the form of store credit will be issued once the return is received by the team.

Products purchased during the End of Year Sale(Aanvi Epic Sale) are not eligible for exchange or return.

Size exchange is allowed only if the required size is available.

Which countries does Aanvi Label ship to?

We ship to the US, UK, UAE, Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, New Zealand, etc.

What are the international shipping costs and duties?

For all international orders from outside India, variable shipping rates are applicable.

Please note that customs duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of delivery address.

Free shipping on Shopping above Rs 40,000/- for international orders.

Can I return, exchange, or cancel an international order?
